DS 4035 – Dry Shotcrete – 40 MPa with Accelerator

DS 4035 is a pre-packaged 40 MPa dry shotcrete mix. It is designed for use with an Aliva pot or other dry shotcrete units, offering superior mixing and pumping performance. Currently available in 1000kg bags.

DS-4035FRM – Dry Shotcrete – 40MPa

DS-4035FRM is a pre-packaged, silica fume-enhanced dry shotcrete reinforced with high-performance synthetic fibres. It is specifically designed for dry shotcrete applications where water is introduced at or near the nozzle.

DW 4000 – Dry to Wet Shotcrete – 40 MPa

DW 4000 is a pre-packaged 40 MPa shotcrete mix designed for use with an accelerator. It provides excellent conveying and shooting ability and is ideal for Dry to Wet applications.

Both these applications can be used with Shotcrete Fibres added to the mix (Steel and Synthetic Fibres)

DC 3000 – Dry Concrete – 30 MPa

DC 3000 is a pre-packaged 30 MPa dry concrete mix designed for construction in environments not exposed to freeze–thaw conditions (Class N). It offers reliable consistency with superior mixing and pumping capabilities. Also available in 32, 35 and 40 MPa strengths. Currently available in 1000kg bags.

DSCC-3500 (Dense Self-Consolidating Concrete)

DCSCC is a highly versatile concrete solution designed specifically for projects with tight rebar spacing and complex formwork. Engineered to flow easily into congested areas without the need for mechanical vibration, DCSCC ensures complete consolidation and consistent performance even in the most challenging placements.

This product is ideal for applications where achieving proper vibration is difficult or impractical. Its superior flowability allows it to fill intricate forms and densely reinforced sections while maintaining structural integrity and strength. The result is a smooth, uniform form face with reduced air voids and an enhanced surface finish. Currently available in 1000kg bags.

CG 86 – Construction Grade Cable Grout

CG 86 is a non-metallic, mineral aggregate, non-shrink grout. It is formulated as a high-strength, cost-effective, general-purpose grout suitable for a wide range of construction applications, both large and small.

Our Fisher Wavy bag lifting device is used to safely hoist 1000kg super sacs over shotcrete units.

Shotcrete Test Panels

Crucial quality control tools used to evaluate the compressive strength, density, and consistency of placed shotcrete. Comes in 12, 16, and 24 inches and round determinate.

Underground Testing

We can provide the following testing for your ground support needs:

  • End beam testing
  • Flexural testing (RDP)
  • Square panels for late-age compressive strength
  • Early strength testing with a penetrometer and/or Hilti Gun.
